Refund Policy

In-house items
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You'll get an email when the refund is processed.
Print-on-demand items
Refunds or free replacements are provided only for items that arrive defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect — verified by the photos you send. We do not refund made-to-order items for wrong size/color selected at checkout or for change of mind.
Amazon items
Any refund for an Amazon purchase is handled by Amazon, not CustomWearables. We have no access to those transactions. Please request refunds through your Amazon account.
Processing
Refund timing after issuance depends on your bank or card provider. If you haven't seen an approved refund after 10 business days, contact support@customwearables.com.
