In-house items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@customwearables.com with your order number. [Customer pays / We cover] return shipping. [Restocking fee: none / X%.] Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item.
Print-on-demand items
Because these are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color chosen at checkout — please use the size guides before ordering. We will replace or refund items that arrive defective, misprinted, damaged, or wrong. Email support@customwearables.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Amazon items
We do not process these returns — the purchase was made on Amazon, not with us. Returns and exchanges are governed by Amazon's return policy and the applicable Amazon seller. Please initiate any return through your Amazon account.
Not returnable
Final-sale, clearance, and personalized/custom items (except for the defect/damage cases above).
