We sell products from three sources, and each ships differently. Please check the source badge on each product.
Processing & handling
Orders for in-house and print-on-demand items are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
In-house items (shipped by us)
Ships from [your location] via [carrier]. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days domestically. International shipping [is / is not] available; duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Print-on-demand items (made to order)
These are produced after you order, so allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production partners ship from multiple facilities, so items in the same order may arrive separately and at different times. Shipping estimates appear at checkout.
Amazon items ("Buy on Amazon")
These are sold and shipped by Amazon or its third-party sellers under Amazon's own shipping terms — not by CustomWearables. When you tap "Buy on Amazon," your order, shipping, and tracking are handled entirely on Amazon.
Free shipping
Orders over $75 ship free on in-house and print-on-demand items. This does not apply to Amazon items.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows a problem with an in-house or print-on-demand order, contact us at support@customwearables.com and we'll help. For Amazon items, contact Amazon directly.
